Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MintTags ("Service"), operated by Phorphx ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MintTags is a SaaS tool that uses artificial intelligence to optimize Etsy product listings. The Service generates optimized titles, tags, and descriptions based on user-provided content.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Etsy Integration

By connecting your Etsy shop, you authorize MintTags to access your shop data via the Etsy API. We read listing data and, with your explicit confirmation, write optimized content back to your listings. You may disconnect your Etsy shop at any time from your settings.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by MintTags is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, sales outcomes, or Etsy policy compliance of generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Share account credentials with third parties
  • Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a competing service
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your product data and listings. AI-generated optimizations are licensed to you for use on your Etsy listings. MintTags retains rights to the underlying algorithms, software, and branding.

9. Limitation of Liability

MintTags is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost sales, listing removals, or Etsy account actions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
